Get ready for another round of spooky Halloween surprises in Overwatch, as the Overwatch Halloween Terror event returns on Oct. 10 for spine-tingling new gear and items.
The nights grow cold
And monsters appear
A great evil gathers
And Halloween draws near… pic.twitter.com/98CXWqQ0gc— Overwatch (@PlayOverwatch) October 3, 2017
Blizzard teased the event today via Twitter with a short clip that reminds us of Dr. Junkenstein and the prospect of some potentially awesome skins for our favorite heroes. During last year’s Halloween Terror event, PvE mode Junkenstein’s Revenge was a real draw, so hopefully it’s coming back once more.
The clip gives us a look at what kind of skins we might expect from McCree and Reaper, and they look pretty sick, but there’s just not a lot to go on in general with this trailer. Fortunately, we should be hearing more about the event soon given that it begins next week. We’re really starting to get into the Halloween spirit, so this announcement couldn’t have come at a better time.
