Overwatch, all heroes, bastion

Overwatch’s Twitter Spams Bastion Counters in Desperate Attempt to Calm Masses

Cute, but deadly as hell.

So you played Overwatch’s beta this past weekend and had the time of your life, right? Did you notice that one of the heroes was incredibly, ridiculously overpowered (and also not Pharah)?

Yeah, we’re talking about Bastion, the cute robot with an even cuter bird who also just happens to be able to morph into a turret. Definitely not fun to get mowed down by that metal monster, which is something that a lot of people have told the official Twitter account. Who, to their credit, have been telling people the best way to take Bastion down.

In case you can’t entirely read that with how fast it’s going, the best way to defeat Bastion is to switch to one of three different Heroes: the archer Hanzo, the cyborg ninja Genji, or deadly assassin Widowmaker. You can go to your base and swap out for a different Hero, or just wait until you die to pick a new one upon respawning. Either way, you should be able to take down Bastion that way. Or you could also check out our guide.

Overwatch hits the PS4, PC, and Xbox One on May 24.
