Lego Marvel Super Heroes 2 Arrives in November, Adds Time Traveling and Spider-Gwen

Time to Lego.
This article is over 7 years old and may contain outdated information

After teasing Lego Marvel Super Heroes 2 earlier today, more details on the superhero brick game have eked out. This time around, instead of dealing with a whole league of evil baddies, our heroes will be going up against Kang the Conqueror, a powerful time traveler. Kang’s mishaps will take players across time, from ancient Egypt to the future and everything in between, including other realities. (That’s kind of a thing in the Marvel history.)

The full character list for Lego Marvel Super Heroes 2 hasn’t been revealed, obviously, but Spider-Gwen and Cowboy Captain America will join the fray, along with Spider-Man 2099 and Gladiator Hulk. Doctor Strange and Baby Groot will be a part of the cast, and it’s a safe assumption that any high profile MCU characters such as Vision or Black Panther will be around for this new adventure. A four player co-op mode is also going to be included that’ll have players competing against one another, though no other details were revealed.

In addition to that news, it was revealed that Lego Marvel Super Heroes 2 will be arriving on Xbox One, PS4, and PC on Nov. 14. A Switch version is coming, however, it’ll be later in the holiday season. A full trailer for the game will arrive next week.
