Hyrule Warriors Legends will have a season pass that will offer downloadable content packs for the game, with the first containing an all new costume for Ganondorf (the costume looks to be Ganondorf’s outfit in Wind Waker). Along with that, the first DLC pack will also include an all-new character that hasn’t been announced previously until today – Medli from Wind Waker. She will be a free download on both the 3DS and Wii U versions of the game.

There was no price announced for the season pass, but the season pass for the Wii U version cost $19.99, so we can imagine that this one may be about the same.

Also announced was that if you pre-order the game through GameStop in North America, you will get a special edition 16-page character artbook that will give further details on the characters in the game, including the recently added Linkle.

Hyrule Warriors Legends, which is set to release on the 3DS on Mar. 25, is the 3DS version of the Wii U game, Hyrule Warriors. In Legends, you get all of the DLC that released back for the Wii U version, along with some new characters (Toon Link, Tetra, Skull Kid, Linkle, and The King of Red Lions).
