The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth+ is headed to PlayStation 4 on September 19 as a physical release, so if you’ve been waiting to play the game until you could hold it in your hands, it looks like the wait is over. You’ll be able to make Nicalis’ game yours for $39.99.

If you already own The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth and the Afterbirth add-on, however, you can pick up the Afterbirth+ content from the PlayStation Store for $9.99 unless you want to repurchase the entire package again as a physical copy.

The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth+ contains the original Isaac game with over 500 items and weapons as well as 6,000 rooms where said items are scattered throughout. There are over 50 unique bosses to take on as well as 30 challenge modes to keep you busy. Eventually, you’ll see all 20 of the different endings. If it sounds like there’s a lot to do, that’s because there is. This is a game that’ll last you for a good while.

Check out the creepy announcement trailer below and strap in for a very Binding of Isaac-like experience. You really just have to play the game, honestly, before you understand it. And even then you may not.
