The Freemaker Adventures Character Pack is based off of the animated show, The Freemaker Adventures, on Disney XD.

You’ll be able to play as Kordi Freemaker, Rowan Freemaker, Zander Freemaker, Naare, Raam, Roger the Battle Droid, Baash, and Graballa the Hutt.

Conversely, the Prequel Trilogy Character Pack includes, as you might expect, select characters from Star Wars: Episode I The Phantom Menace, Star Wars: Episode II Attack of the Clones and Star Wars: Episode III Revenge of the Sith.

This pack contains Anakin Skywalker, Captain Panaka, Jar Jar Binks (gulp), Darth Maul, Jango Fett, Padme, Watto, and Zam Wesell.

Both of these DLC packs will be free to those who own the season pass for the game (which you can currently purchase for $9.99), or they can be acquired separately for $2.99 a pop.
