Total software sales were 1.364 million, which is 78.8% of the previous week. This is due to the inevitable second-week decline in sales for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. On the other hand, hardware us up week-on-week (103.74%) due to Christmas demand.

With almost 151,000 copies sold, God Eater 3 sold about 90% of God Eater Resurrection in 2015 across PS4 and PS Vita (168 000 copies). That being said, Media Create mentions that the series always had a portable nature, and the third numbered chapter came only for PS4, so it can be said that this is a good start for the game.

Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio’s latest game Judgment (known as Judge Eyes in Japan) sold 148,000 copies, which is 66.63% of the initial shipment. According to Media Create the appearance of Takura Kimura in the game created a hop topic, calling the attention of mainstream media for the game’s launch. As a result, it appears that Sega has been successful in attracting those who weren’t originally fans of the Yakuza series.

God Eater 3 will come to the west for PS4 and PC on Feb. 8, 2019, and will get a demo in January.

Judgment will take longer to localize, and will come exclusively for PS4 next summer.
