What if they threw a discount in the mix? Well, not a huge discount mind you, but something for the digital code over at GMG. There you’ll find a 6% price break to $66, or $4 off the $70 list price. There’s also no sales tax at GMG, so a few extra bucks saved in that department as well as their authorized instant key delivery.

So the question at hand is if Deluxe is worth an extra twenty or so bucks? Well, that’s up to you. Diehard fans may like the extra DLC. Here’s the extra in-game content you get in the Deluxe Edition:

  • Nora Keeper Pack
  • Carja Trapper Pack
  • Banuk Traveller Pack
  • Banuk Trailblazer Outfit and Culling Bow
  • Carja Storm Ranger Outift and Mighty Bow
  • an exclusive PS4 dynamic theme
  • Art of Horizon Zero Dawn Digital Art Book

What’s indisputable is that you can ONLY get Deluxe via digital download, as it does not come in the form of a physical disc. You can get the Collector’s Edition, which is physical only for $120 and includes all the in-game content plus a few physical items, like a 9-inch statue. If you don’t care about nick knacks for a display case, but still like the in-game bonuses, Deluxe is for you.
