Today Sega announced that the rhythm game Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Mega Mix will be released in the west.
This is the western title of Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Mega 39’s which was announced for Japan back in July.
The release window for the west is a generic 2020, while the game will launch in Japan on February 13, 2020.
In both region the platform is the same, this is an exclusive for Nintendo Switch.
The game will include 101 songs and over 300 costume modules, so it appears to be a very beefy package for the fans of the ultra-popular vocaloid idol.
You can check out the trailer below and see if it gets you excited about hitting the notes with Hatsune Miku next year.
Today Sega also teased another Hatsune Miku game, code named “Project Sekai” (“Sekai” means “World” in Japanese) with a teaser trailer and a teaser site.
This is a mobile game coming down the line, and the publisher promised more information in the future. For now you can watch the teaser trailer below.
Of course, we don’t know if this will even come west or not. Some of Sega’s mobile games have come west, so it’s not impossible.
