The new year has arrived, and Rockstar is ringing it in with a slew of opportunities for Grand Theft Auto Online players to celebrate the occasion.
In a post to the official Rockstar website on Jan. 2, the company revealed that Grand Theft Auto Online players would have the chance to take advantage of a number of bonuses available until Jan. 8.
The first is the Rune Zhaba Amphibious ATV, a new vehicle available from the Warstock Cache & Carry. Viable on a variety of terrains, it allows players to rip and tear their way around the game’s map with the kind of control and flexibility other cars in the game don’t afford.
The game would also offer multiplied rewards on a number of game modes. All of the title’s freemode events will provide triple rewards; business battles will offer doubled payouts; and the Bunker Series will pay out double to anyone who participates in them.
Then, there’s the lucky wheel players have the chance to spin. Found in the lobby of the Diamond Casino, it offers players the chance to win Rockstar Points, money, clothing, or even a Pfister Comet Safari adorned in the custom “It’s a Wrap” skin.
Speaking of skins: Any player that logs on before Jan. 8 can nab the “It’s a Wrap” skin for the Pfister Comet Safari free of charge, though the vehicle won’t be included with the bonus.
