Today Producer Kazunori Yamauchi took to Twitter to announce a new update coming on March 5. As you can see from the tweet below, it will include five new cars.

Among the recognizable silhouettes, we can see the McLaren SLR, and what appears to be the new 2020 Toyota GR Supra that has recently been revealed. If that turns out to be true, Gran Turismo Sport would be the first video game to feature it.

The game was initially met with a degree of criticism due to lack of single player features and content, but Polyphony Digital has been making it up, and then some.

While at the moment we don’t know for sure all the elements that will come with the update, they’re bound to be officially revealed over the next few days. Of course, you’ll be able to read all about it here on Twinfinite as soon as Sony Interactive Entertainment decides to make a full reveal.

Gran Turismo Sport is currently available exclusively for PS4. If you want to know more, you can read our review.
