Square Enix Promises “Wickedly Cool Content” at Uncovered: Final Fantasy XV

Something's coming...

It’s not often that a video game is so hyped and anticipated that the reveal of its release date merits a huge, dedicated event, but that’s exactly what’s happening with Final Fantasy XV’s Uncovered event.

According to a new teaser trailer from Square Enix, Uncovered: Final Fantasy XV promises lots of new information on the game, not just the release date (though they explicitly guarantee that again too). Square Enix calls it “a Behemoth of an event,” saying that there will be “all kinds of wonderful stuff never seen or heard before.”

Uncovered will be hosted by Greg Miller and Tim Gettys of Kinda Funny fame. Thankfully for fans at home who couldn’t procure a ticket to the event or afford airfare to Los Angeles, the entire show will be live-streamed across the world in English, Japanese, German, and French via Twitch, YouTube, and Square Enix Presents.

The event will be taking place on March 30 at 7:00 p.m. PDT, so mark those calendars and set those alarms. This one’s going to be big, folks.
