Final Fantasy Awakening

Final Fantasy Awakening Now Available Stateside for iOS

The mobile action game, Final Fantasy Awakening, is now available for iOS users in the United States. The game is based on the action RPG Final Fantasy Type-0 that was released for the PSP and later remastered for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC in 2015.

Awakening was released just two weeks ago in the US on Android, and has already racked up 137,000 downloads. Developed by Oasis Games Studio, it was originally released in Asian territories back in 2017. Final Fantasy Awakening now opening the floodgates to iOS users will net them another huge increase in downloads, and help bolster the mobile Final Fantasy series.

Final Fantasy is no stranger when it comes to mobile games. Just earlier this month, Final Fantasy XV saw its mobile debut in Final Fantasy XV Pocket Edition. Awakening now sits alongside Final Fantasy games new and old, like the classic Final Fantasy 6, or even brand new games like Record Keeper. With the constant support Square Enix puts behind their mobile catalog, expect more games like this in the future. The Final Fantasy world has found its home on mobile, and it is not going anywhere anytime soon.

You can download Final Fantasy Awakening right here for iOS.
