It seems to be all the rage these days to turn random items into game controllers for no other reason than just to see if you can, whether it’s playing Lucio in Overwatch with actual turntables or using dance mats to reach level 100 in World of Warcraft. One Destiny player is following this trend by hooking up a series of bananas so they can respond with actions while in-game in Destiny 2.

Using 16 bananas he is able to make it through the prologue in Destiny 2 with only one actual death. You can check out the full gameplay below, and yes, it’s bananas.

In the past he has also played Bloodbourne using bongos. I wonder if any of those skills transferred over to the banana controllers? I’m sure Donkey Kong would approve with both approaches.
