Check out the Rad Opening for Crystal Crisis, an Epic Puzzle-Fighter Crossover Coming to Switch

This past May, Nicalis announced that a puzzle-fighter by the name of Crystal Crisis would be coming to the Nintendo Switch sometime this Fall. Crystal Crisis is Nicalis’ most ambitious project yet, with the game featuring 19 playable characters including Isaac from The Binding of Isaac, Qoute and Curly Brace from Cave Story, and Astro Boy from Tezuka Productions.

Crystal Crisis isn’t your basic fighting game, but instead, it’s a puzzle fighter that has you up against another character arranging falling gems and matching them with colors to inflict damage to your opponent. This epic crossover on Switch will include several single-player modes as well as a robust online multiplayer mode that will let you have at it with friends and strangers around the world. Each of the 19 playable characters are given equal time in the spotlight as all of them will have their own stage themed after their respective games, and their own music tracks as well as a special move .
