If you missed out on the first round of Call of Duty: WWII’s beta, you probably already knew there was another beta test period coming. But did you know there’s some new maps and game modes being showcased for the next beta period when it drops this coming weekend?

Recently, Sledgehammer Games COO Michael Condrey spoke with Call of Duty: WWII system designer Greg Reisdorm during a livestream and let slip that there’ll be a brand new set of content. You’ll get to explore the map of Aachen, a medium-sized area occupied by Nazis. It’s a smaller town wracked by the horrors of war.

The level cap will be raised to 25 and there will be additional weapons on offer as well, such as the M1A1 Carbine. You’ll also be able to partake in new scorestreaks and customize your soldier with new uniforms. There’s a new game mode coming to the beta too, but what that might consist of Sledgehammer Games hasn’t yet said.

This beta will also bring forth some of the tweaks previously mentioned by the developer in terms of addressing player feedback. Team Deathmatch will cap kills at 100, and kills in Domination will allow players 100 points when they win.

You can start playing in the new beta period on September 1, which should take you all the way through the Labor Day weekend.
