Black Desert for Xbox One Gets New Trailer Boasting its Top-Notch Character Customization

This article is over 5 years old and may contain outdated information

One of the most interesting aspects of Black Desert Online, which of course will be ported to Xbox One in the upcoming release simply dubbed “Black Desert” is the character creation.

Today Pearl Abyss released a trailer of the Xbox One port featuring just that.

While the game locks certain classes to a single gender (while some have variations for either gender like Wizard and Witch, retaining some unique aspects), the depth of customization is absolutely stellar, allowing players to modify their chosen character all the way down to the muscle structure of the orientation of individual locks of hair.

It’s arguably the most advanced character customization system in the MMORPG market, so it’s not surprising that the developers are putting it front and center ahead of the release on Xbox One.

Since the release of the game on PC players have been creating some really crazy characters, from handsome/beautiful to absolutely horrendous, which is half of the fun.

You can watch the trailer below. If you want to see more, you can enjoy some gameplay and trailers from a few weeks ago.

The Xbox One version of Black Desert will finally launch on March 4. If you don’t want to wait, it’s already available for PC both stand-alone and via Steam.
