The news was shared via a post over on the PlayStation Blog from Guerrilla’s Community Manager Jeroen Roding. In the post, Roding revealed that The Frozen Wilds will be available to download from Nov. 7.

Unfortunately, the post doesn’t dive into the details of the DLC, aside from mentioning that it’ll add “a new area to explore, mysteries to uncover, and new, highly lethal machines to take one.” Roding did mention, however, that the team “look[s] forward to sharing more information about The Frozen Wilds as we get closer to the release date.”

We loved Horizon Zero Dawn when we reviewed it, making particular mention of its stunning visuals and engaging combat system. You can read our full thoughts in the review here.

Horizon Zero Dawn is available on PS4 now.
