Battleborn’s Newest Hero, Pendles, Enters The Fight Today

Gearbox has released its second DLC character for Battleborn, the first-person shooter multiplayer title, free for all Season Pass holders as of today, with everyone else having to wait until August 4th to get their hands on Pendles the snake.

Pendles is a sneaky, bipedal reptile who wields dual Kamas to poison his foes, and employs stealth to gain the upper hand in a fight.

Now that Pendles is available, we’re able to take a look at who’s up next for Battleborn, and Gearbox have already drawn the curtain on the next hero to arrive in the near future.

Earnest is, like Benedict, an anthropomorphic bird character who belongs to the Peacekeepers faction in the world of Battleborn.

Gearbox hasn’t revealed much in the way of abilities that Earnest will be able to use, but you can check out this concept art of the character below, which gives you some clues into his combat style.

No release date has yet been given for the launch of the character, but Gearbox has promised that he’ll be arriving in the next couple of months.
