First of all, we get to see a new trailer of Crosswave narrated by Cleveland. This time around is all about the photo mode.

We see how you can select three shipgirls, arrange their position on the map, followed by their pose and expression, then you pick a camera angle and snap away.

It looks like a quite powerful photo mode suite that fans will have a lot of fun with.

Watch it below.

On the Yostar front, we get another shipgirl reveal, the Fletcher-class destroyer USS Bache, since we did not have enough Fletcher-class destroyers already.

I lost count, but you can check her out below.

Azur Lane: Crosswave will launch on the Japanese shelves on August 29, 2019, for PS4. A western release has recently been announced for 2020.

Azur Lane is a free-to-play mobile horizontal scrolling shooter/RPG hybrid currently available both for iOS and Android.

If you’re interested in the franchise as a whole, you can also check out our report of the event Yostar organized in Yokosuka, Japan.

Definitely a multi-platform gamer, he still holds the old dear PC nearest to his heart, while not disregarding any console on the market. RPGs (of any nationality), MMORPGs, and visual novels are his daily bread, but he enjoys almost every other genre, prominently racing simulators, action and sandbox games. He is also one of the few surviving fans on Earth of the flight simulator genre.
