Obtaining this weapon requires players to be near the endgame. It is dropped by Sir Gideon Ofnir, the former ally found in the Roundtable Hold turned boss in Leyndell, Capital of Ash.

  1. Defeat Maliketh the Black Blade at Crumbling Farum Azula.

    Standing in your way is a boss fight with Sir Gideon Ofnir, the All-Knowing. A powerful sorcerer capable of both incantations and sorceries, it is best to keep up the pressure to continuously stagger him and interrupt any casting.

  6. Claim your reward.

    Alongside the Scepter of the All-Knowing, the boss also drops the All-Knowing Helm, Armor, Gauntlets, and Greaves alongside 180,000 Runes.
