Rainbow Six Extraction is clearly meant to be replayed and enjoyed as a co-op experience. As such, if you’re wanting to take on the toughest challenges the game has to offer — and unlock everything possible — chances are you’re wondering what the Rainbow Six Extraction max level caps are. In this guide, we’ll outline what the Operator Level and Development Milestone progression systems are, and what the maximum level is you can reach in each.
What Operator Level & Development Milestone Levels Are
The Operator level is a progression system tied to each individual Operator. Each time you complete a mission and earn XP, you’ll help make progress towards leveling that particular Operator up.
Increasing an Operator level unlocks more weapons for them and can improve their unique abilities. You might also get some cosmetic items to use, too.
Development Milestones are the main progression system in Rainbow Six Extraction, and it operates like a Battle Pass. With each mission you complete, the XP will go towards leveling up your Development Milestone.
When you reach a new milestone, you’ll unlock cosmetic items, REACT Tokens to unlock new tech, bits of lore, and even Operators at certain levels.
What the Max Operator Level Cap Is in Rainbow Six Extraction
The max Operator level in Rainbow Six Extraction is level 10.
You can check what you’ll unlock for each Operator at each level by going to the ‘Operators’ screen, selecting them, and then choosing the ‘Advancement’ option at the very top of this screen.
What the Development Milestone Cap Is
The Development Milestone level cap at the time of writing is 30.
After this point, it appears as though there won’t be anything else for players to unlock. Instead, you’ll then be focusing on leveling up each Operator to their max level cap of 10 to unlock absolutely everything in Rainbow Six Extraction.
