How to Get Senzu Beans and What They Do in Dragon Ball Z Kakarot

Much like in the series proper, Senzu Beans act as an end-all curative in Dragon Ball Z Kakarot. They restore 100 percent of any character’s health, and can be readily restored by visiting Korin at his tower every so often.

However, in order to unlock the ability to use it, you’ll have to reach a certain point in the game; namely, the point in the Android saga where Yajirobi asks you to gather materials for growing Senzu Beans.

Play through the game until you reach this point, and then complete the mission he gives you. It involves gathering materials from the over-world, and the quest will lead you directly to the area each item is in.

Once you’ve got the necessary materials, head back to Yajirobi to finish the quest. After that, you’ll be able to get Senzu Beans from Korin.

How Often Can You Get Senzu Beans From Korin?

As for how often you can get Senzu Beans from Korin in Dragon Ball Z Kakarot, it’s based on a regular timer. Every so often, you’ll be notified that a Bean is fully grown and ready for pick-up. After that, the timer will reset, and you’ll have to wait for another period of time until another Bean is ready.

Likewise, there is a limit on how many Beans you can have at one time. Once there are nine Senzu Beans ready for pick-up, the timer will stop until you pick up and use said Senzu Beans.

Hopefully, this cleared up how to get Senzu Beans and what they do in Dragon Ball Z Kakarot. For more on the game, check out our guide wiki for guides on topics like how to get Green Z Orbs fast and how to get a Royal Tomato.
