Following a rather sudden announcement, it seems like actors Troy Baker and Emily O’Brien are confirmed to have a role in Hideo Kojima’s Death Stranding game. The news came in the form of an Instagram photo wherein the actress posted a picture of herself, Baker, and fellow actor Norman Reedus with the caption, “Honored to be working alongside these two fine lads on @hideo_kojima ‘s new project Death Stranding. I’m a lucky gal 😉”

That’s everything the actress had to say about the game, however, so everything else is still pretty much in the dark. That said, both Baker and O’Brien aren’t new to the video game industry.
O’Brien has been featured in games such as The Order: 1886, Guardians of the Galaxy: The Telltale Series, Batman: The Evil Within, World of Final Fantasy, Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor, and Days Gone. Baker, on the other hand, is a seasoned veteran, voicing a handful of iconic characters such as Snow Villiers, Kanji Tatsumi, Booker DeWitt, Pagan Min, and Joel from the Last of Us.
With the recent announcement of these two new actors, we can only hope that Hideo Kojima will finally reveal a bit more details about his Death Stranding project.
