To be precise, Epic will donate all proceeds from the popular battle royale games from today to April 3 (a total of two weeks) in favor of humanitarian relief for the people affected by the war.

Xbox will also join in by donating its own slice of the proceeds on its platforms.

More details were provided on a dedicated web page, including an extensive FAQ.

The organizations that will receive the donations are Direct Relief, UNICEF, UN World Food Programme, and the UN Refugee Agency.

It is worth mentioning that Epic will not wait to receive the funds before donating them. They will simply log all transactions and send the corresponding funds within a few days in order to deliver them as soon as possible.

Funds from Fortnite Subscriptions, including existing, re-activated, and new signups will also be donated.
