Today Project Lumina announced a release date for the 2D fighting game Melty Blood: Type Lumina.
The game will launch in Japan, North America, and Europe on the same day, September 30, 2021 for PS4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC via Steam.
The west will get a standard edition and a Deluxe Edition, both digital costing respectively $69.99/€69.99 and $49.99/€49.99
The “Additional Content: Arcueid Round Announcements” DLC, featuring fight announcements by Arcueid
Brunestud will be available as an early purchase bonus until October 27, 2021.
The Deluxe Edition will also include the following:
“A digital copy of the “MELTY BLOOD Guide Book,” packed with visuals and the history of the “MELTY BLOOD” series, and a music player that will allow you to enjoy in one place a unique selection of musical tracks from old “MELTY BLOOD” series and the “MELTY BLOOD SOUND COLLECTION,” containing the soundtrack from the game “MELTY BLOOD: TYPE LUMINA.”
The press release clarifies that the game won’t support cross-play between any of its platforms. Below you can find a new trailer and plenty of screenshots.
