While the console itself doesn’t appear, it conveys the new “Play Has No Limits” slogan that PlayStation is associating with the new console.

We get to see tens of ships and aircraft of all time assembling in from of what appears to be the limit of the world at the edge of the sea, before they boldly charge into the unknown, breaking the previously-known barrier.

While it may seem a bit abstract (and Sony certainly isn’t new to abstract advertisement), it’s certainly a nice way to convey the concept.

You can check it out for yourself below and marvel at the power of special effects.

Incidentally, we’re about to witness more of what PS5 can offer with a new 40-minute-long presentation happening on Wednesday.

One of the possible “limits” of play could certainly be the price of admission, but hopefully, we’ll be able to learn more about that in a couple of days, considering that Sony has been extremely cagey about it so far.

The PS5 will release in the Holiday season. The precise release date is the other element we don’t know just yet.

He is also one of the few surviving fans on Earth of the flight simulator genre.
