Gwent: The Witcher Card game is celebrating the lunar festival with a themed event that begins today and runs until early next month, Feb. 7. The main crux of the event centers around earning special Red Envelopes as part of players’ daily crown progression, which contains a selection of in-game gifts. A new trailer released today showcases the full extent of what’s on offer.

You’ll see the various gifts available during the sequence, which includes cardback borders, portraits, a player title, and resources like Gold, Scraps, and Meteorite Powder. You’ll only be allowed to earn four Red Envelopes per day.

There are also themed cosmetics up for grabs. For starters, you’ll be playing on a special Lunar Game Board throughout. But if you want to take the Lunar theme to the next level there’s a bundle that contains the Lunar Premium Cardback Lucky avatar, Golden Coin Border, and The Lucky One title.

Moving on, a Prosperity Pack is available for 25 Ultimate Premium Keys, helping you to expand, strengthen, and upgrade your collection with new cards, legendaries, and a shipment of Meteorite Powder.

Finally, the Lunar New Year event brings with it a sale, reducing different faction kegs each day of the event by 30%.

You can check out the trailer below.

Today’s event follows on from the Winter Holiday event.
