Dead or Alive Xtreme: Venus Vacation Ends New Year Celebration with Miko Costumes with a Twist

This article is over 5 years old and may contain outdated information

This year, Dead or Alive Xtreme: Venus Vacation had some pretty elaborate New Year celebrations, and Koei Tecmo and DMM aren’t done just yet.

Since it’s a free to play game, of course, the celebrations are done in the form of more goodies and gacha.

This time around, the daily bonuses continue with VIP coins that will allow you to evolve your SSR swimsuit without having to draw a duplicate from the gacha, which is always welcome.

On top of that, we get a brand new featured gacha that features Miko costumes (the typical outfit of Shinto priestesses in Japan) with a twist. Of course, this is Dead or Alive Xtreme, so the twist is removing chunks of fabric.

They’re available for Momiji, Luna, and Honoka, and you can see what they look like in the screenshots below. They will be available until the next update on Jan. 11.

If you’re more partial to the kimono launched earlier this week, those are still available for a few days as well.

If you’re not familiar with Dead or Alive Xtreme: Venus Vacation, it’s available exclusively for PC only at the moment, and only in Japanese. Dialogue isn’t exactly all that relevant in this game, anyway.
