Kingdom Hearts: The Story So Far Comes to PlayStation 4 on October 30

Square Enix announced today it will be releasing a new compilation containing all previous Kingdom Hearts titles for the PlayStation 4 later this month.

Kingdom Hearts: The Story So Far will contain two compilations of remastered titles: Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5+2.5 Remix and Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue. The complete package includes nine chapters of the franchise in both game and movie form. The full list according to the press release as follows:

  • Kingdom Hearts Re:Chain of Memories
  • Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days (HD Remastered cinematics)

Kingdom Hearts: The Story So Far launches for PlayStation 4 on Oct. 30 for $39.99. It should be enough time to get through the series’ dense story before the upcoming latest chapter, Kingdom Hearts III, arrives next January for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Kingdom Hearts III is coming Jan. 25, 2019 in Japan and Asia, while North American and European territories will receive it a few days later on Jan. 29.
