We’re just days away from the big worldwide reveal of Battlefield V, and EA is making sure to put plenty of teases out there for fans eagerly awaiting the game. The latest teaser posted on Twitter is short, only a few seconds of actual footage really, but it is incredibly cryptic.
At the start all we hear is muffled screaming, before seeing a quick first-person clip of someone saying “shhh” and either covering the other’s mouth, or presumably killing them. Taking a look at the screen, the character certainly looks to be wearing attire more fitting to the past than present day. At the same time, the flags at the top for the two teams look like they could be the British and German flags. This certainly seems to point to Battlefield V being set during World War II, but it’s too early to make a definitive call. You can see the teaser for yourself down below.
