The cover image for the trailer displays a mysterious house accompanied by strange letters. This artwork could unveil more Occult features brought to the universe, like The Sims 4 Vampire pack. The two main things you can expect from The Sims 4 upcoming trailer are werewolves and Mooncasters. In addition, a series of leaks and secret codes from the Maxis Studios staff have potentially confirmed these exclusives for the pack.

What Are Werewolves in The Sims 4?

Werewolves were previously in games like The Sims 3: Supernatural and The Sims 2: Pets, and now they are coming back with this new release. A leak from The Sims Germany website has shown cover art of the beast and a unique set of characters alongside it, as shown here:

By looking at this image, you can probably assume new clothing and hairstyles will be included in this pack. However, not much is known about what abilities the werewolves will have. In past games, these creatures did have a longer lifespan and better athletic skills, so Maxis Studios could bring these characteristics back. The trailer may explore more of what werewolves can do when it arrives.

Mooncasters

The Sims staff is joining in on the fun with various posts on Twitter. One tweet, in particular, translates to the sentence “There were Mooncasters here,” which possibly reveals another name for the werewolves or the title of the upcoming pack. In addition, Mooncasters could be spellcasters or warriors fighting against the creatures. For now, we will have to see what this word means in the ‘Are You Ready to Go Wild’ trailer.

Other Maxis Studios staff have released more deciphers and codes on Twitter, as shown here:

The Moonwood Mill code could be the title of this new world. Even if the name is not confirmed yet, you can undoubtedly expect this map to feature dark and magical elements. The other reveal of “A Territory Marking Log” indicates a possible werewolf action of “marking your territory,” you can deduce your own assumptions on what that entails.

A recently solved code showcases an exclusive area to explore. You can try to see if you can decipher this puzzle in the image down below:

If you haven’t figured out this code, the Sims community has stated that it translates to “Take a dip in Lake Lunvik.” This lake and Moonwood Mill are two potential places you can go to in this latest edition.
