Today Paradox Interactive revealed a new video dedicated to the upcoming Airports DLC for Cities Skylines.
The video focuses on providing an overview of the airports you can build and their features, and veterans on PC will notice that it’s very similar to existing mods with a quite few additional features that make it even better.
That being said, it’s certainly nice to have it supported officially, not to mention the fact that this grants access to the features for console players.
We see modular runways and taxiways, ramps, terminals, and concourses that will let you create the airport of your dreams.
You can check it out below.
Cities Skylines is currently available for PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
The Airports DLC will come on January 25. You can also take a look at the Creators Pack DLCs coming at the same time.
Here’s how Paradox (briefly) officially describes the expansion:
“The Airports expansion allows you to build your own airport areas, set up gates and connect them via concourse networks. Design your dream airports, from small airfields to large international hubs.”
