PAX East Returns to Boston in April 2022 With Vaccination Requirements

The global COVID-19 pandemic forced many in-person events to reschedule, move online, or outright cancel over the past two years or so. PAX East 2021 was canceled then moved online due to health and safety concerns, but the event is returning in 2022 to the Boston Convention Center from Thursday, Apr. 21, to Sunday, Apr. 24.

Even with this return to form, health and safety regulations are still a concern. This means that full vaccinations will be required and face coverings will be mandatory for anyone who attends PAX East. In fact, proof of vaccination will be necessary for all PAX events in the foreseeable future.

PAX East 2022 badges aren’t on sale just yet, but they will be soon. When sales do start up, you’ll be able to purchase yours right here on the official site.

Additionally, the keynote speaker for PAX Unplugged 2021 has also been revealed. The event will start off with a Storytime keynote from tabletop gaming veteran Aabria Iyengar. And for those unaware, PAX Unplugged is taking place in the Pennsylvania Convention Center from Dec. 10 to Dec. 12.
