In Life Is Strange: True Colors, Alex can absorb and manipulate the strong emotions of others. This power can also be used to view memories tied to resonant objects, and it’s these that many of the game’s trophies and achievements are tied to. In this guide, we’ll be running you through how to get all Life Is Strange True Colors Chapter 1 memories, so you can be on your way to earning that platinum trophy or 1000 Gamerscore.
All Chapter 1 Memories in Life Is Strange True Colors
There are five memories to find in Chapter 1. We’ve listed all of them beneath their names below, and included screenshots to help you track them down.
Crack
The first one is really easy to find. When you’re free to walk around Gabe’s apartment, you’ll find a crack in the wall by the sideboard in the hallway near the front door. Use Alex’s power to focus on this and you’ll unlock the ‘Crack’ memory and trophy/ achievement.
A Letter to Riley – All Life Is Strange True Colors Chapter 1 Memories
The next can be found on the desk by the bed in Gabe’s apartment. It’s called Riley Letter and is on the right-hand side of it by the lamp. Use Alex’s power to check out the angry memory tied to it.
Officer Fish
When you start your trial shift in the Black Lantern. Immediately go behind the bar and you’ll find a Business Card next to the cash register.
Use your powers on this to listen to a rather amusing conversation between Officer Pike and Diane. This will also earn you the ‘Officer Fish’ memory and trophy/ achievement.
Head Count – All Life Is Strange True Colors Chapter 1 Memories
When Alex, Ryan, and Gabe go looking for Ethan in the mountains, you’ll come to a large gate leading into the old mine. Both Ryan and Gabe will be looking into the mine. When facing the gate, look over to your left and you’ll find a helmet lying on the floor.
View the memory tied to it to unlock the ‘Head Count’ trophy and achievement.
Phone
After discovering that Ethan based his comic book on the old mine. Alex will find an open doorway with Ryan that leads into a factory. As soon as you head through the doorway, turn around and interact with the phone on the wall to unlock the ‘Phone’ memory.
Upon finding all of the Life Is Strange: True Colors Chapter 1 Memories, you’ll unlock the ‘Emotional Enthusiast’ trophy/ achievement.
