We get to take a look at the beautiful box art by character designer Mel Kishida, on top of the gentle and serious honor student Shiho Kasuga. We see her in both her normal and transformed form and she also appears in the mobile game Blue Reflection: Sun, serving as a connecting element between the two titles.

We learn about the “Kokorotope,” a mysterious place outside the school that includes familiar elements from the girls’ previous lives. There you can find ingredients and crafting materials on top of “Memory fragments” that are required to solve the mystery of the game’s world.

Of course, it’s also full of obstacles and monsters, on top of a powerful boss enemy that stands in the girls’ way as they try to escape.

We also take a look at Rifnavi, an app that suddenly appeared on the girls’ smartphones at the same time as the Kokorotope did.

It helps them with their needs in this strange world, but warns them against approaching the “Heart.”

You can check out all the screenshots below.

Blue Reflection: Second Light will launch in Japan on October 21 for PS4 and Nintendo Switch, with a PC version coming at a later time. The western localization has already been announced but we don’t yet have a date or even a window.
