If you are a Call of Duty die hard or perhaps you like to draw first blood, Activision had an announcement for you today.
Popular action movie heroes from the eighties are coming back to every aspect of COD, including Black Ops: Cold War, Warzone, and even mobile.
We’re getting John Rambo from First Blood and John McClane from Die Hard. The celebration of all this wholesome retro goodness is slated to start on May 20, when the “reloaded” update will come to Cold War and Warzone.
On top of the two heroes, Warzone will also feature the Nakatomi Plaza from Die Hard.
You can watch the trailer below.
Call of Duty Black Ops: Cold War and Warzone are currently available for PS5, Xbox Series X|S, PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
Call of Duty Mobile… well… I don’t think I need to tell you what platforms it’s on.
Incidentally, Activision recently confirmed that the next premium Call Of Duty game is coming this fall, developed by Sledgehammer Games.
Of course, it’ll continue the tradition of integrating with Warzone. We heard that the game is “looking great” and on track with its full release. It’s built to be a “next-generation experience” with “stunning visuals across campaign, multiplayer, and cooperatives modes of play.”
Yes. I know it’s a bit vague, but that’s what we know for now.
