Cyberpunk 2077 Best Weapons: How to Get All Iconic Weapons (Unique Weapons)

Cyberpunk 2077’s Night City isn’t the most welcoming and safest of places. There’s crime going on almost all the time, and as mercenary V, you’ll need to dive into the criminal underbelly on their quest for a chip that serves as the key to immortality. To help V reach their end-goal, we’ve compiled this Cyberpunk 2077 best weapons guide, running you through the best base weapons for every class, as well as every single Iconic weapon in Cyberpunk 2077.

First things first, let’s give you a bit of an explanation as to how we’ve figured this one out. The best weapons in every class listed below are those which, according to our research appear to have the highest DPS in their class. In instances where their DPS was matched by another weapon, we’ve looked at ammo clip size, and whether there are mod slots so you can equip scopes or silencers. We’ve also taken the weapon type into account, for example, Tech, Power, or Smart weapons, and how they may benefit particular weapon categories over another.

This should give you an idea as to what weapons you want to look out for, but remember you’ll need to keep upgrading or buying new variants of these weapons in order to keep them powerful enough to be viable as you progress through the game.

In some instances, we’ve listed an Iconic weapon name in parenthesis. These Iconic weapons are enhanced versions of the base weapons we’ve listed below. You can see the full list of their special abilities and enhancements further down this page, otherwise check out the list of best weapons below.
