There are a huge number of secrets in Black Ops Cold War’s Zombies mode, with figuring some of them out rewarding you with some powerful weapons. One you’ll want to get your hands on to get past the toughest waves of enemies is the Wonder Weapon. What the D.I.E. Machine Wonder Weapon does is fire huge blue orbs at enemies, having the potential to take out large groups of them at once. It’s extremely powerful.
How to Get Wonder Weapon in Black Ops Cold War Zombies
Before you can start the process of getting the Wonder Weapon, you’ll first need to turn on the power in the level and unlock the pack a punch machine. We have detailed guides on how to do both of those things if you haven’t done them already.
After that, you should see a Megaton enemy spawn in the main outside area of the map. It’s powerful, twice the size of normal zombies, and will split into two segments. After you’ve defeated both parts of it, it’ll drop a golden keycard. Pick it up and you’ll be able to begin the process of getting the Wonder Weapon.
You’ll need to head to the Weapons Lab in the Facility building, where you’ll need to look for the computer that’s opposite the Mystery Box. When you get to it, you’ll be prompted to use the keycard you picked up on the console. Do so and the D.I.E. Remote Control will spawn for you to pick up.
With it, head to the classic Zombies Nacht Der Undertoten building, which long term fans of the mode will recognise. Once inside, head into the main Living Room and look for a glowing blue gap in the wall by the staircase.
Press X if you’re on Xbox (Square on PlayStation) to activate the machine, at which point you’ll need to start killing zombies that spawn nearby. As you do, their souls will be sucked into the machine.
Once you’ve killed enough, you’ll be able to interact with the machine again through the gap, opening the room up. Inside, there will be a dead enemy holding the Wonder Weapon. Just pick it up and carry on with your zombie killing spree.
