Strangely, this hasn’t been mentioned much, but a new weapon is coming to the game in Season 6. Volt is a new SMG that packs an electric punch.

Titanfall fans may recognize this one, as it was first seen in that game. It’s described as an “energy SMG” in Titanfall 2, so it’s highly likely that it’ll be using Energy ammo when it arrives in Apex Legends.
