The publisher just announced the second character coming with the second character pass, and it’s a baddie. Enter Hunter X Hunter antagonist Meruem.

He will be released this fall and you can either grab him as part of the $17.99 Character Pass or on his own for $3.99.

“Meruem, HUNTER X HUNTER’s Chimera Ant king, will officially be joining the JUMP FORCE roster as part of Character Pass 2 this fall. Armed with both overwhelming physical prowess and terrifyingly potent Nen abilities, Meruem subjugates and rules over his opponents with an unforgiving iron tail.”

The character pass also includes Shoto Todoroki from My Hero Academia and three more unannounced heroes (or villains) from Bleach, JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure, and YuYu Hakusho.

Below you can check out a massive gallery of screenshots showing Meruem in action.

Jump Force is currently available for PS4, Xbox One, and PC. If you want to know whether it’s any good, you can read our review.

The game is also going to get a new lease on life thanks to the Nintendo Switch release coming on August 28 in the west and one day earlier in Japan and Asia.
