Animal Crossing New Horizons: All Fruit in the Game

Bells, Bells, Bells. It’s just about the only thing that’s on anyone’s mind when they’re playing Animal Crossing: New Horizons. While fish, fossils, and insects are a great form of income for you, you’ll also want to make the most of growing and selling fruit to boost your bank balance. Nab some fruit that’s foreign to your island, and you’ll be able to sell it for even more. Here are all fruits in Animal Crossing: New Horizons.

All Fruit in Animal Crossing: New Horizons

There are six different types of fruit in Animal Crossing: New Horizons. These are:

  • Apples
  • Cherries
  • Coconuts
  • Oranges
  • Peaches
  • Pears

How to Get All Fruit

On your island, you’ll have one of the five ‘core’ fruit types, which are Apples, Cherries, Oranges, Peaches and Pears. These will grow naturally on the trees in your town, but will only sell for 100 Bells.

You’ll receive a letter on your second day playing the game from your Mom who will include a foreign piece of fruit. This is always random, but tends to be one of the other four ‘core’ fruit types.

The remaining four types of fruit you’ll need can be obtained either by visiting other players’ islands who have different native fruit, or by visiting random islands with Nook Miles Tickets.

These Nook Miles Ticket islands will almost always have Coconut trees on its beaches, too. Here, you can either eat a piece of fruit and use a shovel to dig up the entire tree and put it in your pocket, or you can just shake the tree and plant the fruit on your island to grow your own trees and sustainable source of foreign fruit.

There you have a complete list of all fruit in Animal Crossing: New Horizons, alongside how to make sure you get them all on your island, too. For more tips, tricks, and guides, be sure to check out our ever-expanding guide wiki, search for Twinfinite, or check out more of our coverage below.
