That’s certainly a great achievement for a game belonging to a niche franchise like NieR.

Secondly, we get the announcement of NieR Re[in]carnation, a brand new mobile JRPG for iOS and Android.

The game will be free to play with the usual optional microtransactions, and it doesn’t have a release date just yet.

It’s developed by Applibot with character design by Cygames’ art subsidiary Cydesignation.

NieR: Automata is considered by many Yoko Taro’s masterpiece, pairing the creator’s unique world building with PlatinumGames’ masterful approach to action gameplay.

It was released in 2017 for PS4 and PC and then extended to the Xbox One in 2018.
