Today Bandai Namco released a gallery of new screenshots of the upcoming game The Idolmaster: Starlit Season.
The screenshots provide a small look at the rhythm gameplay that has been renewed compared to previous chapters of the series.
We also get to see the mixed team of idol including the 13 classic girls from the mainline games, five from Cinderella Girls, five from Million Live!, and five from Shiny Colors.
You can enjoy them below.
More information on The Idolmaster: Starlit Season will be revealed in April, so we’ll have to wait a bit longer to know more.
The game will be released in Japan for PS4 and PC via Steam in 2020. Unfortunately, at the moment there is no information at all about the possibility of a western release.
The previous games of the series were never released in the west, likely due to issues with the licensing of the songs. It remains to be seen if the fact that the game is coming to PC might help it make the jump as it did with another unexpected localization, SD Gundam G Generation Cross Rays.
Let’s cross our fingers and hope that Bandai Namco manages to bring this to North America and Europe.
