The game is an all-ages visual novel for PC in development by Frontwing and Makura, and it’s one of the first that will be publishers by the new Aniplex.exe brand.

The story is set in the near future, as most of the Earth’s surface has been swallowed by rising of the level of the seas due to unknown reasons.

A boy named Natsuki Ikaruga who lost one leg due to an accident in his childhood moves to a rural seaside town where his grandmother lived from the city.

He inherited from his mother a submarine and a large debt, and he will use the submarine to dive alongside debt collector named Catherine, trying to find a lost submerged warehouse where his grandmother’s inheritance is hidden.

While diving, he finds a girl named Atri sleeping in a coffin-like container. She is actually a robot that looks like a human being.

She says that she aims to fulfill her master’s last command, but until then she will be Natsuki’s leg.

That’s how an unforgettable summer begins for a boy and a robot girl.

Three characters have been revealed. Natsuki is 17 years old. He used to go to an elite school in the city called the Academy. He lost his leg and his mother at the same time during an accident years before, and his post-traumatic stress disorder causes him to fall prey to seizures when he is in dark and quiet places.

He is trying to salvage his grandmother’s inheritance in order to be able to purchase an expensive robotic prosthesis.

Atri is a robot so advanced that she can’t be distinguished from a human being. Apparently, she used to serve Natsuki’s grandmother, but she has lost part of her memories because she has been inactive for a long time on the seafloor.

To fulfill her master’s last command, she asks Natsuki to help her recover her memories.

Minamo Kamishiro is 16 years old and she’s Natsuki’s inevitable childhood friend. They got acquainted when he was recovering at his grandma’s house after the accident.

She has a serious personality, but she’s quite naive, having never been outside of her small town. She always tries to take care of Natsuki even when she’s not asked to.

Proud weeb hailing from sunny (not as much as people think) Italy and long-standing gamer since the age of Mattel Intellivision and Sinclair ZX Spectrum. Definitely a multi-platform gamer, he still holds the old dear PC nearest to his heart, while not disregarding any console on the market. RPGs (of any nationality), MMORPGs, and visual novels are his daily bread, but he enjoys almost every other genre, prominently racing simulators, action and sandbox games. He is also one of the few surviving fans on Earth of the flight simulator genre.
