Most of the secret achievements & trophies in Borderlands 3 are granted through the game’s campaign. You’ll simply progress along the story, and after you beat key missions you’ll unlock them.

There are a few of them though that are unlocked by doing something in-game that isn’t just completing a mission. These are secret achievements & trophies that the developers wanted to hide from you so you just don’t go out of your way to do them as soon as you saw the list.
