The Lost Slamvan, simply put, is the rarest vehicle you can get in GTA Online’s sprawling world of Los Santos, but that doesn’t mean you should give up hope on getting it. Before the release of the Diamond Casino & Resort DLC late last month, the Lost Slamvan was impossible for players to get their hands on outside of one of the Heist missions. Now, though, because the doors of the Diamond Casino have finally been flung open in GTA Online, you now have a chance of getting the vehicle.
How to Get Lost Slamvan in GTA Online
The Lost Slamvan can be obtained by heading to the ‘Lucky Wheel’ in the Diamond Casino and Resort. Players are only technically able to spin this once per day for a chance to win one of a number of prizes including clothing, large sums of cash, discounts, and mystery prizes. A ‘Vehicle’ option only shoes up once on the lucky wheel, so you’ll first need to land on this for a chance.
Just because you’ve then landed on the Vehicle segment, doesn’t mean you’ve got the Lost Slamvan. In fact, GTA Online then randomly selects a car from a list of available vehicles, leaving the Lost Slamvan with a painfully low 0.005% chance of emerging as a prize.
Lucky Wheel Exploit in GTA Online
As we mentioned above, players are technically only supposed to be able to spin the Lucky Wheel once for a chance to win a prize. However, players have uncovered a little exploit that enables them to have multiple spins of the wheel in a single day.
It involves closing the game as soon as you’ve won a prize on the wheel, then opening up the game and starting over again. However, keep in mind Rockstar might consider this a breach of its anti-cheat policies, and so your character’s progress may be reset or your account may be banned for doing this.
A number of players are doing it so far without repercussion, but we’d just err on the side of caution.
