What Beginner and Intermediate Seals Are
These Seals are essentially used whenever you want your students to take one of the Certification exams in Fire Emblem: Three Houses. These exams allow your characters to unlock new classes and they can be taken every Sunday in the game.
What seal the exam requires depends on the class, but you will always need either Beginner of Intermediate seals. You’ll be doing the exams quite often too, and they’ll open up when you meet the skill and character level requirements.
What to Do to Get Beginner & Intermediate Seals in Fire Emblem Three Houses
To enter all the exams that you’re able to, you’ll actually need to get the seals. They can be bought from the Item Shop in Fire Emblem Three Houses.
However, while Beginner ones are pretty easy to come by, Intermediate Seals are available in limited quantities from week to week, so you might not be able to get all that you need if you’re not prepared.
