Three Houses marks the Fire Emblem series’ debut on the Nintendo Switch, which should be pretty nice news for fans who have been waiting for a mainline entry on a home console. Here’s our recruitment guide on how to recruit all students from other Houses in Fire Emblem Three Houses.
How to Recruit All Students in Fire Emblem Three Houses
First off, this Fire Emblem Three Houses recruitment guide is currently a work in progress, and we’ll be updating it as we play more of the game. We’ve only got info for the students in the Blue Lions and Golden Deer Houses at the moment, but Black Eagle students will be coming soon.
Update: We have now updated our recruitment guide with information on how to recruit all students, including all of the Black Eagles.
To recruit students, all you have to do is walk up to them and press the A button to start a conversation. After getting through their dialogue, you’ll be presented with a few options from a menu. Choose the Recruit option to try to get them to join your class.
Every student has a particular stat they’re looking for, and you’ll need to be skilled enough in those stats to get them to switch over to your side. We’ve listed all of the required stats for each student down below.
If you’re unable to recruit a student, you can still get them to participate in battles for you by picking Mission Assistance. This adds them to your roster for only that month, and while they won’t earn experience, you’ll still be able to build support points with them.

Golden Deer
