Octopath Traveler for PC Gets New Trailer Suggesting How to Challenge Yourself

Square Enix will soon bring its classic-style JRPG Octopath Traveler to PC via Steam, but they are likely aware that many already played the game on Switch.

In order to nudge those who are on the fence, the publisher released a new trailer with a rather interesting theme.

The video, besides showing gameplay and the title’s lovely artwork, challenges players to complete some tasks that are certainly well suited for a second (or beyond) play through.

There are some interesting ones, like completing the game using only one character (which is challenging, but I’m not sure is the best way to enjoy it), and basic ones like maxing all the character levels and unlock all the secret jobs.

Basically, the message is that Octopath Traveler is a big game, so even if you played it on Switch, there’s likely going to be stuff that you have not done just yet.

You can check it out below, and see if it tempts you to double dip.

Octopath Traveler will release on PC on June 7. If you want to see more, you can check out a trailer released to celebrate the initial announcement.
